In 1988, Jodie and James opened Hawaiian Jim's serving Hawaiian-Style Shave Ice to the community of York Beach, Maine.
Trevor has continued their legacy, keeping Hawaiian Jim's locally owned and operated with a store front in York Beach, Maine.
However, Derrick dreamed of taking Hawaiian Jim's mobile and serving the Beverly Area.

We spent many years anticipating this project. Then in February 2018, Derrick bought our truck and we began the journey of building our very own mobile unit.
